Save the Bike Lanes

New Orleans

The gist: A group of people (“Our Streets Our Choice” or OSOC) want to spend city money to pull up protected bike lanes on the West Bank of New Orleans. A council person has proposed an ordinance to do it. The same people want to block the construction of other bike lanes that have already been planned.

We think they are wrong because bike lanes make things better for everyone.
